"Brought this game and its stuck on a white screen"
"I downloaded this game, and the app is stuck on a white screen. I have been wanting to download this app again, as I had it as a child and I really want to be able to remember these memories. If it helps, I downloaded this game with Google Play pass, and I have a suspicion it might have something to do with it. Anyway I hope this gets fixed."

"Not starting, after I open the app it's just a white screen, left it for 5 minutes and it was still white."
"My son use to play this on his tablet and phone and loved it. Now suddenly it no longer opens on either device. I uninstalled and reinstalled on both devices multiple times and still won't work on either. On both devices when I click on it, a white screen opens up, it stays on that blank white screen and nothing happens. My son is so disappointed. What's going on? It's clearly not an issue with our devices since one is a tablet and one a phone both android with different versions. Please help."

"This truly is one of my favorite apps at age 17. It's relaxing and fun. Though, I have suggestions. One: Maybe add a reset button? It's frustrating to restart the way I do. And: could you add zooming in on the build screen to make building the biome easier? Other than those things, this is a calming game and i love it 💕 definitely worth $4"
